I feel quite bad. Do you want to know why? I told you I have something I really want to show, but here I am, posting nothing. A few weeks ago, in my boredom, I sat down and designed 6 button badges (two sets of three). Very excited about getting them produced, I contacted a company, who told me that they would be happy to provide me with samples. Nothing came in the mail. I emailed them. They told me they are shutting down. I am slightly annoyed, yet somehow worried that me and my samples forced them into liquidation. Whoops.

Sorry for the shortness of this post, but I'm not dead, I just have something I really want to show but can't show yet. So I'm holding off posting till then.

Keep checking back. Shouldn't be too long.

Last night, I was sitting in my room at 11:30, and I said to myself, hey, I should tear up a magazine and draw from it. Here are the fruits of my labour.

Oh, and if you cant read it, it says shelves.

EDIT: I've added in a little contact form at the bottom of the page, so if you just found this website, or have something important to say, feel free to use it! And as for the scrolling issue, I plan to sort something out soon.

I'm posting again and right now that is an achievement. I feel bad for neglecting this little blog of mine for so long, but I can't pull together enough effort to make a post. So, instead, I am going to post here something which I posten on INFront about Semi-Permanent. Enjoy I s'pose...

Sophie Howarth: I didn't think I would like her presentation, cause I'm not a huge fan of her work, but it turned out pretty interesting and funny. Also I thought it was great that she did the book herself.

Toko: The beginning of their presentation was hilarious. I liked their concept work heaps with the ideas they came up with and the different was of approaching their briefs.

Si Scott: Oh how much I love his work. I think he has such a great style but it is sad that people are emulating it. [Ie the person's question about that Beatles cover] I liked seeing the reasons behind some of his pieces, and hearing about his inspiration and thought process.

Tiffany Bozic: Wow.

James Jean: Although he went on and on, I really like his work, and I liked how he showed progress shots of stages through some of his work.

Motion Theory: I quite enjoyed it, but I thought it was a bit sad that half of the auditorium left before they started. It was good to see one project so in depth-ish.

Jonathan Zawada: I thought it was great to see how much he copied. And to see when he stuffed up and gave crappy concepts. To see such a good designer stuff up things sometimes is surprisingly inspiring.

Dave Kinsey: I love his work and I loved his presentation. It was good to see his personal art and his BLK/MRKT design work, and some stuff on his gallery. That mural was so good.

Nash Edgerton: I didn't expect to be interested, but I really enjoyed his presentation and got heaps of laughs. I loved to see the gasolio thing.

Marmalade: The effort that goes into every spread is mind blowing. I think I will subscribe.

Method Studios: Pretty cool work, and the French guy was funny, even if he talked alot.
